I am trained in EMDR and a Board Approved Supervisor for LMSW's. If you are experiencing depression or anxiety, regaining control over your life can seem over-whelming and impossible, but you are not alone, I can help. I see adults dealing with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, attachment issues, disruptive life transitions, have a history of sexual abuse and/or sexual assault, and unhappy childhood experiences. Together we can stabilize your mental well-being, increase your self-regulation and ability to cope, and help you reestablish a sense of safety in the world.
My goal is to create a safe environment for you to feel comfortable being vulnerable. Safety and trust isn't something we give to others lightly, it is something that is earned, and you will find that I work hard to cultivate a feeling of safety in our relationship through thoughtful, empathic listening.
