With that in mind, the core of my philosophy is to build a trusting and nurturing relationship with you in order for therapy to be successful. I bring compassion, warmth, and trust to each individual that I work with. I can assist in building upon your own strengths and abilities in order to live more authentically and with a greater sense of self-compassion. My practice is open to children, teenagers, and adults of all cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
I have worked extensively with youth who have experienced trauma and/or have behavioral and mental health concerns. Additionally, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate infertility, pregnancy, and the adjustment into parenthood. I also have a deep understanding of the challenges that parents face who have children with special needs.
