I am experienced in treating a variety of eating disorders including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, Orthorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder. In addition, I am well-versed in treating the following anxiety disorders: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Separation Anxiety Disorder, and Selective Mutism.
Specifically, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) to help my clients better understand and improve their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
