I help individuals and couples feeling lost and uncertain of life’s direction, using a psychodynamic approach to unlock past influences and cultivate self-understanding and agency.
Together, we will work on developing your ability to cultivate self-compassion, let go of internal criticism, and increase your sense of agency. I use a psychodynamic approach that focuses on intersubjectivity. This means we’ll look at unconscious thoughts and feelings influenced by your past experiences and relationships and how they impact you presently.
I value and welcome issues related to identity and cultural challenges. I have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA community, a broad range of ethnic and racial identities, as well as age related issues.
