My practice is intuitive and client specific. Clients come to me with a wide arrange of intentions and desires; processing complex trauma, managing stress and anxiety, grief, overcoming depression, relationship troubles, personality disorders, or simply a desire for personal growth. I strive to offer a safe, attuned, and empathetic space. I appreciate collaborating with my clients in a way that works for them. The most rewarding part of being a therapist is seeing my clients grow, discover, and know themselves deeper. I am honored to be a witness and facilitator.
I believe that first and foremost, therapy should be a safe, explorative, and supportive space. I utilize an array of modalities with my clients including the following: Brainspotting, Narrative therapy, Somatic work, Inner-child/parts work, Trauma informed therapy, mindfulness, object relations, CBT, attachment theory, and others.
Life can be exasperating and daunting. Sometimes it can feel each time we get some footing, the ground slips from under us. Our nervous systems are under constant attack just by living in todays reality of: technology, traffic, relationships, and constant stimuli. Even simply living is not so simple.
