I enjoy working with college students and adults. I integrate evidence-based treatment modalities into my counseling approach depending on each client's unique needs and goals. Some of the therapeutic techniques I commonly utilize include: CBT, EMDR, person centered, trauma models, and Christian counseling for clients of faith. There is no "one size fits all" approach, I recognize that every person is unique with diverse needs. I tailor therapy through a holistic process that encompasses the whole individual and focuses on what is most important to them.

I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey of growth and self-discovery. With a nurturing and insightful approach, I cultivate an environment where clients feel safe to open up while confronting life's challenges. My goal is to help each person uncover their worth, develop self-compassion, and shift from surviving to thriving.
