Hola! We all struggle at some point in our life with the challenges that come our way and this can lead to feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and depression. The process of healing is different for everyone, and you may find yourself in need of a little guidance and support. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe in that experience. In our sessions we'll be utilizing evidence-based techniques and empathy to help you overcome your daily obstacles.
I am a bilingual therapist, and I have experience in treating adults, children, couples and families facing challenges with self-esteem, confidence, transitions, relationship distress, parenting, anxiety, and depression. I offer services in English and Spanish in an empathetic and empowering environment to work towards change and growth.
