I’ll help you examine your patterns and beliefs, understand how they developed and how they once served you, and decide whether they still do.
Talking with me may feel like confiding in a trusted friend. One who won’t judge you, will listen to everything, and will help you walk through any problems you’re facing with warmth and humor. I will accept you as you are, knowing that if I can help you do the same for yourself, that’s when change will come. Starting therapy can be hard. I'd love to help.
