I can assist in alleviating negative thoughts or memories that loop, anxiety, and symptoms of depression using specialized therapies including Brainspotting and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) an evidence-based therapy. This method is especially helpful for first responders, military and victims of assault as it is not re-traumatizing.
