I am a senior therapist with over 20 years experience. I was clinically trained to provide psychotherapy with adults, adolescents, and families at New York University, as well as the Ackerman Family Institute. I have both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral training which allows for both a practical and creative approach to understanding people and the origins of their inner conflicts. I work well with individuals with creative affinities and interests and have always been good at identifying those parts of my clients.
I am above all a humanist- I love people. I provide a safe and warm environment as well as a collaborative approach in the effort to understand you and what you need to work through challenges in your life. I believe authentic relationships and connection to our creative selves help us access our innate joy.
