I understand it takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for support. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-worth, PTSD, physical and sexual abuse, grief, relationship challenges, and the unpredictability of life. I believe in a mind/body/spirit approach to my work and draw upon humanistic, psychodynamic, and relational approaches to therapy. I am also certified in EMDR from an EMDRIA-approved program. I believe in a mind/body/spirit approach to my work and collaborate with the client to work at a pace most comfortable for you.
I am passionate about empowering clients to reimagine and give voice to the stories that reflect who they authentically are, especially in the face of social norms they may find limiting. I've worked with diverse racial, gender, and sexual identities using a social justice lens.
