I have worked the majority of my career in emergency psychiatric medicine. I have spent the last 7 years working alongside law enforcement. Being in these intense situations has helped me to learn how to support people in crisis as well as skills people can use to avoid a crisis. I have a unique perspective into the stressors that law enforcement, first responders and veterans experience in their lines of work and hope to provide support to those who may not traditionally seek it out due to stigma or fear that people won't understand.
I provide non-judgmental space for people to work through anything that they may be going through whether job-related or home life. First responders are often engaged in a balancing act where things can spill into multiple arenas or remain intensely separate causing unforeseen issues in communication. I hope to be able to support them in bridging that gap.
If you are a first responder or veteran who is seeking support, know that I am here to help you take a first step toward wellness. Therapy provides an outlet to work through difficulties in all areas of your life.
