Hi. I’m Sheena (she/her), a mental health counselor licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I work with clients ages 14 and up. I specialize in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and life stressors/changes. I have experience and really enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients. Additionally, I am trauma- and neurodiverse-informed. As a Highly-Sensitive Person, I bring empathy and curiosity into my work as a therapist. I aim to honor the wide spectrum and intersectionality of different cultures, neurotypes, and sexuality and gender of my clients, though I know there is always more for me to learn.
