I have a passion for working with adolescents and adults as they navigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief/loss. I believe that it is important to be flexible about how treatment goes, depending on what it is you’re looking for, so I will adjust my process to fit what you need.
I view the world through a social justice lens, understanding that therapy is not about learning to fit into a broken society but how to not let that society break you. I understand the vulnerability that it takes to be in therapy and the difficulty in participating in a world when things feel hopeless. We will work through these struggles as a team
