I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over eighteen years of experience in the mental health field. I thoroughly enjoy working with a diverse population, as I come from diverse background myself. I offer a comprehensive psychotherapeutic approach for children, adults, and the elderly. My offerings during therapy has great focus on holistic healing, as well as mindfulness, with an emphasis of self-love and personal development. This allows one to be present and notice their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations, in a non-judgmental way while being in the moment in a safe space.
My specialties and strength comes from my diverse background, schooling, as well as my past military service and experience. This allows me to integrate different therapeutic techniques in session to assist in identifying your strengths, as well as underlying emotional and psychological that needs to be addressed.
