I honor that by creating a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Since everyone I meet has a unique set of experiences, I work flexibly to meet them where they are at.
I specialize in helping adult individuals who struggle with eating disorders/ disordered eating patterns, trauma histories, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use a holistic approach that includes Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and yoga-informed psychotherapy.
