We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
This training enables us to help you manage the distress caused by your obsessions and practice resisting compulsions when uncomfortable thoughts arise. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability.
