Currently accepting new clients! I believe that life can present challenges that leave us feeling confused, hopeless, and hurt. Starting therapy can be a hard but a beautiful experience as well. My mission is to walk alongside my clients as they journey through self-discovery and healing, and collaboratively work towards creating the meaningful connections they may be seeking. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I work with clients struggling with ADHD, trauma, relational issues, anxiety, depression, attachment struggles, and life adjustments.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, empowering, and growth-provoking. I want to provide a space where my clients feel safe to explore some of the harder parts of life. I have experience working with children, teens, adults and couples. I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and experiences of life.
