Hello, I'm Shea and I'm thrilled to be working with you as your therapist. I hold a Masters's Degree in Counseling Psychology, and I've been practicing therapy for 20 years. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing various challenges.
My approach to therapy is; humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic, which means that I believe in helping you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
