Hello! I work from a solution-focused, strengths-based, collaborative therapeutic approach. My approach involves setting clear goals at the beginning of treatment, and helping you find the solutions that work best to create the positive change that you want to see in your life. As a counselor, my mission is to implement a comfortable space, support, strength, and guidance for individuals, couples, and families to process through emotions and foster growth, as well as advocating for and providing a voice for children. I believe that through fostering support, empowerment and healing, the life you want to live is always possible.
I completed my Masters in Family Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University and have dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT). I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a private practice setting.
I feel passionate about working with children, families, and couples to help overcome challenges they face and providing the support they need, helping them navigate their relationships by building communication and relational skills, and helping individuals heal and process through relational trauma.
