She completed her Bachelor's in Social Work at Oakland University and her Master's in Social Work at Michigan State University. Shayna utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her approaches to therapy include relational, strengths-based, psychodynamic, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and person-centered methods.
