As a dedicated play therapist, I’m here to guide children and teens through these difficult times, providing a safe, supportive space where they can heal and grow.
My approach to therapy involves cultivating a space where my client feels safe and supported, validated, and heard. We will create goals, set boundaries, and practice self-care. I will also challenge my clients, utilize humor, and be their cheerleader as they make progress towards their goals.
I truly enjoy working with children between the ages of 3 years of age and 17 years of age, as well as college students, and young moms.
