Accepting new clients! I specialize in providing care for individuals dealing with trauma, loss, anxiety disorders, depression and spirituality. I use a cognitive behavioral approach that is easy going and relaxed. I like to incorporate mindfulness practices and breathing techniques that are easy to use. I am very excited to be able to work with you and look forward to assisting you to becoming the best you possible!
I am excited to work with clients of all backgrounds and socioeconomic status. My specialty areas are anxiety, depression, and coping with trauma and/or loss. I offer a gentle counseling style that helps the client to reflect and discern problem areas in thought or actions and help the client to break free from unhealthy thought processes.
