Coping with Narcissism and Codependency

Our personalities develop as a result of our childhood, growing up, life experiences and at times due to traumas. This Group is to provide resources for managing self when in relationships with individuals who have narcissistic personality. It will provide you a safe space for education, self expression, self awareness, provide validation, empowerment, recovery and prevention, and more depending on needs of group.
