I have expertise and training working with families who have experienced multiple family trauma. Additionally have a great passion for assisting the emerging adult population navigate the uncertain transitions into adulthood.
Sessions are personalized based on the specific need of the client using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), and faith-based solutions. A good support system is a great foundation for improving mental health.
