I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, narcissistic abuse, addictions, divorce, and stress. I offer an empathetic, caring environment where you have my undivided attention. Together we can come up with therapy goals to help you on your healing journey.
I strive to provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment where they feel welcomed and at ease when they step foot in my office. I get it, reaching out for help can be scary and intimidating.
