I aim to help each individual feel comfortable beginning therapy and meet you wherever you're at. I'm experienced in areas of adoption and infertility, childhood trauma and abuse, as well as depression and anxiety.
My approach is from a cognitive and behavioral lens, DBT, and can include truths from the Christian faith as appropriate.
