My experience lies in working with children, adults, couples, and families with complex trauma, family issues, dissociation, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Informed Care, and I utilize an Internal Family Systems-informed approach.
