My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals and couples to seek out the support they need in navigating life’s struggles. I believe each person has the strength inside them to overcome even the most difficult trials. I work with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, social skills, self-worth, parenting difficult children, and couples. I also have experience with children with disabilities, helping them to learn learn coping skills, anger management, social skills and emotion regulation.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to fit each person’s individual needs. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Couples Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Making Sense of Your Worth, and Family Systems Therapy.
