I use a range of theoretical approaches such as CBT, DBT, Gestalt, existential/humanistic, all depending on the individual I am working with and what makes sense to them. Having worked with individuals from ages 6 up through adulthood I understand the need for matching services to each individual.
I am a certified HeartMath practitioner and have seen results utilizing this form of biofeedback on several different anxiety based disorders. I also offer EMDR which is a APA proven therapeutic tool for resolving past trauma and the resulting issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety and bad memories.
