I am a board-certified Mental Health Counselor and I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University. I rely on multiple therapeutic orientations that include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in order to help you meet your goals.
