My guess is that you are struggling with how to cope with the life that’s around you. Your relationships likely have reoccurring disagreements. I have been utilizing a new therapy model called Restoration Therapy. It helps us learn how we see things through past hurts, how we cope with that, and how learning positive truths about ourselves allows us to respond differently in hard situations... when you put in the work. I can lead you through this process of becoming a more healthy you!
It’s much less about who and much more about when we will struggle with depression or anxiety.
