I have some experience in the Spanish language. I would classify my language level to be medium as I can understand fairly well, as I spent a fair amount of time in Mexico experiencing the life and culture there. I have extensive training in trauma informed practices that include helping people with ptsd and intrusive thoughts. I also have experience in teaching coping skills and holding space for difficult emotions. There are no wrong emotions and I'm here to help you find your path by supporting you and to remember that you are the author and expert of your life.
