My approach is collaborative, warm, and trauma informed. I have been trained in and practice several evidence-based therapies including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, the Flash Technique, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and self-compassion practices.
My goal is to provide an empowering space where you feel safe to be yourself.
