I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years' experience in providing direct client psychotherapy services. My approach to therapy is integrative & strengths-based. I focus on where clients are "in the here and now,” while also guiding them towards making connections between past experiences, relational/behavioral patterns, & present-day challenges.
