I am accepting NEW clients. I am seeking clients who are ready to work on their personal struggles and gain insight into what is triggering symptoms. I am interested in individuals who are on the spectrum, the LGBTQIA community, Self-esteems and self love concerns, generational trauma, post-traumatic stress disorders, anxiety, and depression. I primarily run my practice Friday through Sunday, with some flexibility. Fot questions, please contact me.
I am knowledgeable about the LGBTQIA community, autism community, traumatic experiences, and individuals that have concerns about their relationships or relationship with themselves. I am an LCSW trained in TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, solution based therapy, and narrative therapies. I also provide play therapy and art therapy when appropriate.
I am a very open and honest person who will consider any patient for therapy as long as it is within my scope of practice. I am non-judgmental and have worked with people within many various walks of life. I am a caring individual who truly wishes to help clients heal from their experiences and support them to be their best selves.

LGBTQ + support group
The group will cover LGBTQIA+ identity concerns, completing crisis plans for attendees to use in crisis, support through LGBTQIA + concerns, generate friendships, helpful dialogue about what each person might be struggling with, and other curriculum added based on needs of the group.

LGBTQ+ Caregiver support group
This group's purpose is to support parents who have a child who identifies in the LGBTQIA+ community. It will provide a safe place to ask questions or vent, support to help their loved one, and support caregivers through acceptance. Terms will also be taught in order to connect with youth.

Autism support group
This group is intended to support caregivers who have neurodivergent children they are caring for. The context of the group will be psycho-education, safety planning, support from other caregivers, resources, and regulation skills.
