You are seeking a safe space to share your unfiltered emotions, thoughts, and desires. You are seeking an unbiased perspective to your situation and issues. You may yearn for human connection, compassion, and unrelenting support in your journey. You value consistency. You want to heal from trauma from the past and use this information to cope with the unpredictable future.
I specialize in working with people who want to change their relationship with depression, anxiety, substance use, and disordered eating behaviors. I also have a passion for working with gender exploration. I believe therapy is a collaborative space for folks to explore their biographies and learn to hold deeper relationships with their self and others.
My practice is guided by curiosity and nonjudgmental compassion. I aim to partner with my clients to co-create a safe space where we feel able to breathe, explore, laugh, cry, question, and heal. Therapy should be a place where you are able to relinquish shame and judgment and allow yourself to be vulnerable in your journey towards growth.
