I specialize in therapeutic interventions to aid in self-discovery to get to the root of your stuck points and through the use of EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches we will resolve the issues, freeing you up to be the person you want to be. Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm.
I believe that we all want to improve and we are all working to get unstuck in the places we are stuck. I approach therapy as your guide and from a place of warmth, compassion and genuineness and I believe that in working from the plan we develop together, you can achieve your goals for recovery.
