My practice is based on a parts-informed treatment model that integrates Internal Family Systems, Humanistic, and Compassion based approaches to healing and focuses on creatively integrating tools and teachings from an eclectic mixture of wellness based therapeutic practices. Together we will bring you back to your natural state of wellness and healing.
