I use an integrative and holistic approach. The results clients have seen from working with me come from my use of therapeutic modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), communication skills training, cognitive-behavioral techniques, somatic exercises, trauma therapy such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and other effective techniques.
