I specialize in supporting clients between ages 6-75 from the Asian Pacific Islander community. I am experienced in guiding individuals and families through life’s challenges: infertility, pregnancy and new parenthood, parenting older children, caring for aging parents, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship boundaries, trauma, or other major life transitions. Together, we can address health concerns, work and career issues, and the quest for life balance. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you find resilience and harmony in your journey.
I mainly use an Integrative approach and frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. In a nonjudgmental and safe space, we discuss and collaborate on ways to improve your coping capacities to improve life harmony and joy.
