My approach to psychotherapy synthesizes holistic, spiritual and psychodynamic modes of understanding and working. Background includes Master's degrees in psychology and social work, certification in Interpersonal Psychoanalysis, certification in Repatterning, as well as many years of spiritual practice and explorations in the areas of spirituality and holistic health.
