My approach to therapy is eclectic. To best serve my clients, I often incorporate and combine empirically supported treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy with practical actions and holistic wellness (treating the whole mind, body, and spirit).
I am passionate about treating those affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, and self esteem issues.
