I help you strengthen those connections and your own self-awareness. Together, we work to identify your goals and enhance your strengths. I will teach you useful strategies and uncover your resilience and self-empowerment.
You will learn new ways to connect with your own power to overcome obstacles, gain awareness, including using strategic tools to experience greater clarity, relaxation and personal focus. My job is to learn about you, identify with your unique circumstances, and to facilitate real change. I am providing virtual and limited in-person sessions at this time.
