My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples improve and strengthen their relationships. At different points in our lives we face new challenges. Even our most wonderful life transitions may also cause tension and stress in our interactions with family members, friends and colleagues. Therapy can help.
I have expertise working with depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, trauma, and loss. Support is provided for those coping with infertility and perinatal loss. I partner with people to overcome their creative and spiritual struggles, and work with individuals to reconcile their religious background with their current practice, lifestyle or beliefs.
We will explore how the past influences your current situation, helping you break free of troubling patterns. I utilize Sue Johnson's EFT treatment approach in my work with couples. Couples will learn new patterns of relating that will strengthen your connection and increase your capacity for love, support and intimacy.
Working together, I partner with my clients to develop a course of treatment that is individually tailored to meet your goals. It brings me tremendous satisfaction and joy to see my clients find more satisfaction in their relationships, become more present in their lives, and have greater peace of mind.
