I am seeking clients who may be new to Telehealth but want to give it a try. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step to seeing a counselor. I am here to take the stigma away and help you to feel comfortable with navigating through your life struggles through talk therapy. Telehealth provides the option for you to be in the safety and comfort of your own private space. No time wasted for traveling and scheduling is easy. I offer a holistic approach with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practice. I am also trained in EMDR. In 2011,

I have worked in a variety of settings including both inpatient and outpatient services. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and trauma. Prior to pursuing my own private practice, I worked for an inpatient psychiatric and behavioral hospital helping many children, adolescents and families work through trauma, emotional

distress, behavioral modification, and family dysfunctions. Telehealth takes the awkwardness of in-person therapy away and it has been very effective for the majority of my clients.
