Welcome, traveler. I am a holistic intuitive therapist specializing in anxiety, life transitions, and spirituality. I often work with folks navigating the areas of relationships, parenting, divorce, education, career, and making big decisions. I also support clients through grief and loss.
Whether seeking clinical support, or a sounding board for clarity and insight, my hope is that my clients feel lighter and more peaceful after our sessions. I believe that the client is the expert in their own experience. My role is to be a helpful and empathic guide.
My additional training includes holistic modalities including reiki, meditation and mindfulness, energy healing and transformational breathing which inform my work as a therapist. I am also an ordained Spiritualist minister. I offer short-term and longer-term therapy and coaching options.
