I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Child Mental Health Specialist with 20+ years experience in the mental health field. I am dedicated to providing quality therapeutic care and support to adults that are experiencing life challenges and psychological issues. Through telehealth, I work with individuals regarding relationships, life/family transitions, parenting support, grief and loss, stress/anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and abuse.
