I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR. EMDR is a therapy protocol focused on helping you move through old patterns that have kept you stuck. EMDR also assists in moving you through Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and aids in Anxiety and Depression. My practice is informed by Transpersonal Psychology, Psychodynamic & Mindfulness
