Counseling provides a safe, supportive place to work through those struggles. We are hard-wired to be in relationship with others. I believe the path to wholeness lies within each of us.
Counseling sessions are collaborative with a focus on identifying and nurturing individual strengths and resources to create positive change. My therapeutic approach includes CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), solution focused therapy, family systems therapy, mindfulness and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
I grew up dreaming of being a dancer. Life happened and I grew into being a counselor. I love where life has taken me and it is my honor to partner with my clients to achieve their best life.
